Our process, month by month.
Growth systems are built to compound over time. Here is exactly what happens before we build anything, what gets built when, and what a realistic first 90 days looks like.
Onboarding
What happens before we go live.
Every Growth and Scale client goes through a structured onboarding process before any work begins. This is where we build the foundation your growth system runs on.
Onboarding ensures your system is built correctly from day one rather than rebuilt later. You will know what we are building, in what order, and why, before any work starts.
Business & Competitor Audit
We assess your current online presence, identify gaps, and analyze your top competitors to understand what is working in your market and where the opportunities are.
Goal Setting Session
We align on your specific growth targets, ideal customer profile, and priority service areas so the system is built around the work you actually want more of.
System Architecture
We map out your full lead flow, from first contact through follow-up and retention, before building anything.
Platform Access & Setup
We connect all required accounts, tools, and integrations so your systems work together rather than in isolation.
Growth Roadmap Delivery
You receive a written roadmap of exactly what we are building and why, with no ambiguity about deliverables or timing.
Timeline
A realistic 90-day growth timeline.
Month one is an implementation phase. Meaningful lead flow follows once systems are live and data begins informing optimization.
Foundation & Implementation
Your systems are built, configured, and launched. The website goes live, forms connect to your CRM, automations are tested, and content begins publishing. Your digital foundation is in place.
Focus: implementation.
Optimization & Data Collection
We review early performance data, including traffic sources, page conversion, and follow-up response rates, then refine what is working and adjust what is not.
Focus: early signal and first leads.
Growth & Compounding Results
Systems mature and lead flow becomes more consistent. Visibility, reputation, and inbound activity continue building on each other month over month.
Focus: compounding performance.
Working Together
What we need from you.
The fastest builds share one thing in common: the owner is reachable during onboarding. After launch, your involvement is minimal.
Access & assets
Logins for your existing accounts, any brand files you have, and a list of the services you want to sell more of. If brand files are not available, we will handle that as part of the build.
One goal-setting session
A conversation covering your ideal customer, the work you want more of, and your growth targets. Typically about 45 minutes.
Respond to inquiries
Our systems generate and qualify the opportunity. Converting it remains your team's work, and response speed continues to matter after launch.
"Growth systems take time to compound. We build for long-term results, not short-term spikes."
How we set expectations
Common Questions
Questions about our process.
Most clients see early signal in month two, with more consistent flow from month three onward. Month one is an implementation phase while systems are being built and launched.
Involvement is heaviest during onboarding: a 45-minute goal-setting session plus access and approvals in the first two weeks. After launch, Scale clients receive a monthly strategy call, and every package includes a monthly performance report.
We audit it first. In some cases the existing site is worth keeping and improving; in others a rebuild delivers better results. We will give you a clear recommendation either way, and the audit is free.
You do. Your accounts, domain, customer data, and reviews remain yours. We build within platforms you have full access to.
Visibility, leads generated, lead sources, and what changed since the previous month, along with the priorities we are focused on next.
We serve 16 counties across the Gulf Coast: Mobile, Baldwin, Washington, Clarke, Monroe, and Escambia in Alabama; Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton in Florida; and Jackson, Harrison, Stone, George, Greene, and Perry in Mississippi. Because our systems are built and managed remotely, we also work with clients outside that footprint.
